This has long-term implicatio
ns beyond what those mocking 'Birthers' today seem to be considerin
g.
Not dealing with this now sets a precedent for a movement that is afoot to do away with the 'natural born' requiremen
t altogether
, and do it not in any legally acceptable method (Constitut
ional amendment)
, but by changing the way we think of the term 'natural born'.
For example, the founders never intended anyone born on a US military base outside territoria
l United States to be considered as "natural born". The very idea of a US military base outside territoria
l United States was anathema to the founders. What's on the radar? How about 'born on US corporate property outside territoria
l United States'?
Watch for it; it's coming.
