Dynastic families, networking with others, going to the same schools, the same social clubs and organizations, involved in the same charitable institutions, owning and running the commodities necessary for survival on the planet.
When you & your family's basic security needs (& more) have been met for a generation or two (or more), & your family & friends have networked with others in the same situation, your sights become set higher than life as most of us know it, i.e., working a 40-hour week until we can retire with a pension, then golf and play with the grandchildren. When not concerned with providing for your basic survival, when your needs & wants in life are assured from your first breath to your last, you're freed up to get into all sorts of mischief.
