If I as an old liberal Democrat, for example, had no problem with Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice or Secretary of State Jim Baker or Secretary of State Larry Eagleburger or Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, etc., what would you think?  Would you think they were doing a good job as I, a liberal Democrat want and expect the US foreign policy to be?  

I am forming my opinion by the favorable reactions from those she has dealt with around the world.

The reactions to Hillary Clinton and any respect she receives when she travels around the world are about her as a popular First Lady, and not as Secretary of State.
