AP: Big Oil Hasn't Learned Lessons Of BP Oil Spill

11 people were k!lled.  Another 15 d!ed at another of BP's installations in Texas.

People need to be prosecuted, and BP needs to be taken apart, burned to the ground and its ashes salted.
