You need to differentiate between Democrats.

Do you mean Democrats, as in little 'D's (voters)?

Or do you mean Democratic politicians (big 'D's), in which case you need to differentiate between the DLC Democrats, the Blue Dogs, the liberals, the progressives, and everyone else.

Most little 'D's don't even know what or who the DLC is, yet it controls the Democratic Party.
