But he doesn't because not only don't the Democrats in the Senate want what's in the House's legislation, the House Democrats don't want what they voted for. They only voted for these bills because they needed the cover of their yes-votes back home, with their liberal constituents, but they knew that the Senate Democrats would never pass these bills, so their campaign war chests would continue to get corporation donations.



It's a s!ck & dysfunctional cycle they have going.
